feeling and being at their best and truly thriving. As a Positive Psychology Coach and Consultant with an
MSC in Applied Positive Psychology, Claire’s teaches people how to increase their day-to-day
happiness AND wider wellbeing.
As part of her hybrid approach, Claire shares insights and techniques from the science of happiness
and enables her clients to unearth powerful self-insights around 12 key pillars of wellbeing.
