Ahoy! I'm Matt Boyles, GBTQ+ Fitness Trainer

Supporting as many people as possible to start and stick to a bit of fitness has been my mission since I started in the Fitness Industry, 11 years ago.


So many people are unhappy, achey, lacking confidence, just not feeling good day-to-day... And I don't want you to be one of them.


Fitter Confident Us takes everything I've created and distills it into an accessible monthly membership - a fun fitness club to inspire, support, connect and encourage ALL of us.

Claire Habel

Craig Brimmer

Craig has practised yoga for more than 20 years and became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) in 2018.


His teaching style is lighthearted, quirky and supportive, guided by the philosophy that yoga can benefit everyone and should be accessible to everyone.


He teaches yoga for everyone, but also specifically focusses on men-only (and those who ID as) classes to help redress the underrepresentation of men in the world of yoga. 


The Fitter Confident Us classes will be all-levels, all-abilities , suitable even for people who have never done yoga before. A 60-minute mix of breathing, static poses and flowing sequences that are easy to follow and taught in plain English. The class will complement and supplement your fitness to help support flexibility, strength, recovery, balance and calm. Though all the classes will have common elements, no two classes are exactly the same. A sticky yoga mat will be very helpful for this class.

Claire is the founder of Thrive Hub through which she helps clients move beyond doing just OK, to

feeling and being at their best and truly thriving. As a Positive Psychology Coach and Consultant with an

MSC in Applied Positive Psychology, Claire’s teaches people how to increase their day-to-day

happiness AND wider wellbeing.


As part of her hybrid approach, Claire shares insights and techniques from the science of happiness

and enables her clients to unearth powerful self-insights around 12 key pillars of wellbeing.


Inspiring, brave, warm, and insightful are words most often used to describe Claire by those working

with her, in part due to the way in which she has approached her own life over the decade.
